PLEASE READ THESE POLICIES BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

If you purchase something, make sure you check the sizing and description before you do.

Ofcourse I hope you are satisfied with your item, but in case you are not satisfied ,the item can be returned on buyer's cost.

This has to be notified within 5 days after receiving the item.

The buyer will only get store credit, as I cannot refund money as a small independent business. 

Because tracked shipment is included in the retail price, you will get store credit minus the shipment price.

The items should be unworn and free of any odor and as clean as they arrived to your place (no stains, wrinkles, hairs, ...)

I offer a wide range of payment options with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and a lot more.

If there is an option you miss and would like to use, contact me.
I can try and add that option for you.


SHIPPING

Worldwide tracked shipment is included in the retail price of each item.

Customers are responsible for giving me the right shipping information. 
In case you made a mistake and want to give me the right adress, please EMAIL me at luci@lucid.one so I can change it.

After purchasing an item, I'll send you a tracking code within 1-3 business days.
You can follow your package.

Once the package is sent, I am not responsible for items being stolen, lost or damaged.


TAKING CARE OF YOUR GEAR

Please note that handmade items need some extra care and love.

Most of my customized items are handwash or in some cases not-washable.

Never put them in a dryer and let them dry on a hanger!

If you iron your item, make sure to use a towel to protect the materials.
